Signal® MDO panels are made of high quality,
exterior-grade plywood with the same adhesives used in
marine plywood. The Medium Density Overlay is a fiber
sheet which has been treated with a resin formula for
optimal paint adhesion. Because we manufacture our own
plywood and overlays, quality is assured throughout the
production process.
Olympic Panel overlaid plywood meets or exceeds the
exterior plywood requirements of U.S. Product Standard
PS-1 and bears the exterior grade-trademark of the APA
(American Plywood Association).
This is the finest MDO sign panel on the market
today. A special hardwood face veneer- sanded before the
overlay is applied- minimizes wood grain show-through,
even after it's painted. And Signal's solid inner plys
and tight core gap means fewer and smaller edge voids
for greater weather resistance. Ideal for quality signs
