Highway® HDO panels are made of high quality, exterior-grade
plywood with the same adhesives used in marine plywood.
The High Density Overlay contains a higher resin content
for moisture resistance and provides an excellent
base for the application of reflective film.
Because we manufacture our own plywood and overlays,
quality is assured throughout the production process.
Olympic Panel overlaid plywood meets or exceeds the exterior
plywood requirements of U.S. Product Standard PS-1
and bears the exterior grade-trademark of the APA
(American Plywood Association).
This specialty panel is designed for the application
of reflective film and is ideal for state, county
and municipal signage. Every veneer layer is solid
and care is taken to minimize core gaps. Highway®
HDO's specially formulated surface eliminates surface
preparation before applying film or paint.
